Conferral and Ceremony Dates

The final University of Adelaide Graduation Ceremonies will be held between Monday, 17 and Friday, 27 March 2026.

Additional In-Absentia rounds will also be conducted. Please see below for important dates and deadlines.

When you complete your studies at 91�� you need to apply for the conferral of your award and select a presentation event, either in person or in absentia. Both applications are actioned in your MyAdelaide account.

Conferral Dates

The FINAL conferral dates for The University of Adelaide are listed below:

23 January 2026	January conferral	Application deadline of Thursday, 15 January 2026. Students completing deferred exams and all other students who have completed their program requirements and wish to attend the final UoA graduation events, or receive a UoA testamur in absentia. NOTE: any students not conferred by this date will be transferred to Adelaide University (AU) and will graduate under the AU banner, receiving an AU academic transcript and testamur.

Receiving your testamur

You have two options for receiving your testamur:

Attend a graduation ceremony in person at 91��'s North Terrace campus.
Receive your testamur in the next available In Absentia round.

It is your responsibility to select a presentation event in your MyAdelaide account, to receive your testamur. Strict deadlines apply.
