System Outage

Planned cutover for Adelaide University systems

To create a single, consistent digital environment for staff and students, Adelaide University will have a short systems cutover period from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.  Further information is available on the

As a result, core University IT services will be unavailable during this time, including:  

  • PeopleSoft HR
  • Staff Services Online (SSO)
  • Casual Automated Payment System (CAPS)

Please log out of all Peoplesoft HR systems before 8am on Friday 19 December 2025.

After 8.30am on Monday 05 January 2026, please restart your internet browser and clear your temporary internet history before accessing the systems. The guide on how to clear your internet browsing history can be found .
