Sparc Hydrogen pilot plant opening ceremony
A first in green hydrogen reactor technology was launched today at 91×ÔÅÄ’s Roseworthy campus by Sparc Hydrogen Pty Ltd, a start-up company founded to translate research developed by Professor Greg Metha. Sparc Hydrogen is a joint venture between Fortescue, Sparc Technologies and 91×ÔÅÄ.Ìý

Dr David Lam Awarded Qantas Regional Grant
ISER Affiliate Dr David Lam has recently been awarded a Qantas Regional Grant.ÌýThis grant has helped Dr Lam to create and deliver face-to-face training workshops based on his successful ‘GP Lyf Hacks’ a free podcast and webpage with resources for doctors, nurses and paramedics across regional South Australia.

ISER was proud to attend the 2025 international Climate Change Conference, hosted by the Department of Environment and Water SA.
National Workshop on Heat, Climate, and Work Safety
ISER supported theÌýNational Workshop:ÌýImpacts of extreme heat and climate change on work health and safetyÌýheld at 91×ÔÅÄ. Led by ISER member Professor Peng Bi from School of Public Health, and facilitated by Prof. Tony Capon (Director, Monash Institute of Sustainability) and Dr. Kimberly Humphrey (SA Health Climate Change and Health Lead), the day allowed for participantsÌýto review and address extreme heat and climate change impacts on work health and safety (WHS).
