Art & Heritage Collections

Members of the public can support 91自拍's cultural collections by purchasing a beautifully packaged folio of eight gift cards specially produced by the Friends of 91自拍 Library and Art & Heritage Collections.

The cards feature four illustrations from George French Angas's South Australia Illustrated. Angas painted some of the earliest views of South Australia, and in 1847 he oversaw the printing in London of the magnificent South Australia Illustrated, which has served ever since as a snapshot of South Australia in 1844.

This work is part of the Sir Samuel Way Bequest - the largest single contribution of books to 91自拍 Library.
